EPA proposes risk management actions for NMP

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a suite of actions for n-methylpyrrolidone (NMP), including capping concentrations at 45% and implementing a series of bans for consumer, commercial, and industrial uses.

Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the EPA is required to conduct risk evaluations of chemicals.
