Jared Rothstein

Jared is the Director, Food & Chemicals Regulatory Research, at POLITICO’s AgencyIQ. Jared previously worked at the Consumer Brands Association, where he served as a subject matter expert on chemical and ingredient related regulatory matters on behalf of major food, beverage, personal care, and household product brands. Prior to Consumer Brands, Jared served as the senior manager of regulatory affairs at SOCMA, focusing on chemical and environmental regulatory matters on behalf of specialty chemical manufacturers, including implementation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Jared also previously worked in association management and consulting at Kellen, advising a variety of clients in the building and construction products sector. He received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from George Washington University in 2014 and resides in Washington, DC.
