Earlier this week, E.U. health ministers discussed a proposal to revise the way that the EMA collects and distributes user fees from the companies it regulates for various regulatory activities. The deliberations focused on two areas: A “targeted revision” of fees for seven key services to better reflect cost, and the potential to limit the power of the European Commission to adjust fees through delegated acts.
