N.C. court dismisses PFAS testing case against the EPA

A North Carolina federal court has dismissed a case brought by the Center for Environmental Health against the Environmental Protection Agency over the agency’s handling of a petition to initiate testing for a wide variety of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances.
