The Office of Management and Budget has released the Unified Agenda for Spring 2023, which outlines the regulations that agencies expect to release in 2023 and 2024. The document contains much of the same information as previous Unified Agendas, and this piece will dive into some of the rules that the agency expects to publish in the next six months.
Quick background on the Unified Agenda
The Unified Agenda is published twice a year, as “Spring” and “Fall” editions, but rarely is published on time (this edition misses the mark by about two months). The Fall 2022 edition was released in January 2023.
